Responsibilities

1.Sổ sách kế toán và báo cáo tài chính (Bookkeeping and Financial Reporting)

  • Thực hiện các nghiệp vụ kế toán tổng hợp và kiểm tra, đối soát các nghiệp vụ phát sinh. / Perform general accounting tasks and review/reconcile transactions.
  • Thực hiện các bút toán: trích trước chi phí, khấu hao TSCD, chi phí lương và các khoản trích theo lương. / Record journal entries such as accruals, fixed asset depreciation, payroll expenses, and statutory deductions/Payroll taxes.
  • Lập các báo cáo thuế theo tháng, báo cáo hoạt động kinh doanh hàng tháng/quý. / Prepare monthly tax reports, monthly/quarterly business performance reports.
  • Hướng dẫn kế toán viên xử lý nghiệp vụ kế toán. / Guidance for accountants on handling accounting tasks.
  • Quản lý và lưu trữ hồ sơ: TSCĐ, ngân hàng. / Managing and Storing Documents: Fixed Assets, Banking.
  • Thực hiện giao dich với Ngân hàng. / Conduct banking transactions

  • Thực hiện các công việc theo sự chỉ đạo của cấp trên. / Perform other tasks as assigned by management

  • Kiểm soát nội bộ (Internal Controls)

  • Kiểm tra, đối soát công nợ phải thu, công nợ phải trả, trích lập dự phòng (nếu có). / Review and reconcile accounts receivable, accounts payable, and make provisions (if any).

  • Quản lý, đối soát bảng kê mua vào và bảng kê bán ra hàng tháng. / Manage and reconcile monthly purchase and revenue listings.

  • Theo dõi và tổng hợp báo cáo tài chính dự án. /Monitor and compile project financial reports.

  • Tuân thủ thuế (Tax compliance)

  • Kiểm tra tính hợp lệ của hợp đồng mua vào. / Review and validate the legality of purchase contracts.

  • Đảm bảo tuân thủ các quy định pháp luật về thuế và các nghĩa vụ liên quan. / Ensuring compliance with tax laws and related legal obligations

Qualifications

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Kế toán, Tài chính, Kiểm toán hoặc các ngành liên quan. / A Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Auditing or related major.
  • Tối thiểu 2 năm kinh nghiệm tại vị trí Kế toán Tổng hợp./ At least 2 years as a General Accountant.
  • Am hiểu các chuẩn mực Kế Toán./ Strong knowledge of Vietnam Accounting Standards (VAS).
  • Nắm vững quy định về hóa đơn, chứng từ kế toán, thuế (GTGT, TNDN, thuế nhà thầu nước ngoài, đầu tư nước ngoài) / Solid knowledge of invoicing, accounting documents, and tax regulations (VAT, CIT, FCT, Law on Investment Abroad).
  • Sử dụng thành thạo phần mềm kế toán (MISA hoặc tương đương) và Excel../ Proficient in accounting software (MISA or similar) and Excel.
  • Có khả năng phân tích dữ liệu, tổng hợp và lập báo cáo./ Strong analytical, data consolidation, and reporting skills.
  • Cẩn thận, có trách nhiệm và có khả năng làm việc độc lập hoặc theo nhóm. / Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Tiếng Anh (nghe – nói – đọc – viết) là một lợi thế. / English (both verbal and written) is a plus.
