About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Front-End Engineer to help shape the future of our large-scale front-end platform. You will build applications with modern technologies such as TypeScript, React, and , while also contributing to shared libraries, design systems, and development standards.

In this role, you'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional experts in AI, data, and research, working in a unique, multilingual environment. You'll have the opportunity to engineer new applications with thoughtfully designed and well-researched user experiences.

To ensure quality, you'll contribute to automated test coverage, perform peer code reviews, and help evolve our processes so that every release is robust and production-ready. This is a team that values fresh ideas, shared ownership, and technical excellence.

Yêu cầu công việc:

Minimum Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with React and TypeScript
  • Strong skills in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with CI/CD workflows
  • Experience collaborating with product managers and designers
  • Self-driven, with the ability to work effectively in a team
  • Proficiency in Japanese for development tasks, or equivalent English ability

Preferred:

  • Hands-on experience with Agile development
  • Knowledge and experience in test automation
  • Skills in front-end performance optimization
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and design systems
  • Understanding of software engineering best practices
  • Proficiency in English for development
