The Role

We're seeking a passionate
Marketing Specialist
to help drive brand awareness and elevate the company's presence. In this role, you will plan and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media content,... You'll also analyze market trends and consumer insights to develop strategies that strengthen brand positioning and support new product launches. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong interest in luxury or lifestyle brands, especially in beauty, fashion, or fragrance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, retail, and PR channels.
  • Take part in launching new products, seasonal campaigns, and exclusive brand activations.
  • Work closely with designers and content teams to produce compelling visuals and copy that capture the brand's premium image.
  • Assist in managing social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube), contributing to both strategy and daily engagement.
  • Collaborate with partners, KOLs, and influencers to strengthen brand visibility and campaign performance.
  • Help refine website content and SEO to enhance discoverability and the overall online experience.
  • Monitor market movements and competitor activities to inspire innovative marketing ideas.
  • Coordinate with the Sales and E-commerce teams to ensure messaging consistency and support conversion goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, ideally within the beauty, fashion, or luxury sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube).
  • Comfortable handling campaign planning, content creation, and performance tracking.
  • A refined sense of aesthetics and great attention to detail, with an appreciation for cohesive visual storytelling.
  • Familiarity with design software such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
  • Collaborative, communicative, and proactive approach to work.
  • A genuine passion for fragrance, beauty, or lifestyle brands is a big plus — we value those who share our enthusiasm.
