Mô tả công việc

  • Thực hiện thủ tục đăng ký mới, điều chỉnh và gia hạn hồ sơ sản phẩm dinh dưỡng (sữa bột, thực phẩm bổ sung...) với cơ quan quản lý Việt Nam.
  • Chuẩn bị và nộp hồ sơ, phối hợp với các phòng ban và cơ quan chức năng.
  • Làm việc, giao tiếp và đàm phán trực tiếp với cán bộ nhà nước phụ trách để đảm bảo phê duyệt đúng quy định.
  • Theo dõi cập nhật quy định về Luật An Toàn Thực Phẩm và đảm bảo tuân thủ.
  • Hỗ trợ các thủ tục pháp lý khác (Work Permit, IRC, ERC) sau giai đoạn đăng ký sản phẩm.

Công cụ sử dụng: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email tiếng Anh

Báo cáo cho: Quản lý người Nhật

Phối hợp với: 1 nhân viên hỗ trợ người Việt

Yêu cầu

  • Tối thiểu 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong mảng đăng ký pháp lý sản phẩm dinh dưỡng/thực phẩm chức năng tại công ty đa quốc gia.
  • Đã trực tiếp làm việc và đàm phán với cơ quan nhà nước.
  • Có thành tích thực tế trong việc xin phê duyệt sản phẩm mới hoặc đăng ký nguyên liệu.
  • Thành thạo tiếng Anh giao tiếp.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và ứng xử tốt, hiểu rõ cách làm việc của cơ quan nhà nước.
  • Nắm vững Luật An Toàn Thực Phẩm mới và quy trình đăng ký sản phẩm.

  • Thưởng: khoảng 1 tháng lương (theo hiệu suất công ty & cá nhân)

  • Bảo hiểm xã hội & y tế theo quy định pháp luật
  • Thử việc: 2 tháng, hưởng 85–100% lương cơ bản (thỏa thuận)

Địa điểm & thời gian làm việc

  • Giờ làm việc: 08:30 – 17:00, Thứ 2 – Thứ 6 (làm việc tại văn phòng)
  • Địa điểm làm việc: Phường Láng Thượng, Quận Đống Đa, Hà Nội
