The Role

We are seeking a visionary Head of Technologies (HOT) to join our founding leadership team. The HOT will define and execute our technology roadmap, lead the development of our decentralized infrastructure, and ensure our digital-first ecosystem scales securely and efficiently. This is not just a technical role—it is a leadership position shaping the future of work.

Responsibilities

  • Technology Strategy: Design and oversee the technology vision for TCMP's decentralized consulting model.
  • Platform Development: Lead the development of tools, platforms, and integrations that enable seamless collaboration among digital nomads and clients.
  • Innovation Leadership: Explore emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, Web3, automation) and assess their role in enhancing productivity, transparency, and scalability.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and manage a distributed engineering and product team.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and compliant with global standards.
  • Collaboration: Partner with leadership to align technology with client needs and business growth.

Requirements

  • Proven track record as a CTO, Head of Engineering, or senior technical leader (startup or consulting experience strongly preferred).
  • Deep understanding of decentralized systems, cloud-native infrastructure, AI/automation, and Web3 technologies.
  • Experience building and scaling remote-first platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage distributed teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
  • Passion for reimagining the future of work and enabling digital nomads.
