ABOUT THE TEAM
  • Our New games division's mission is to create new hit hybrid casual music games that make interacting with music fun and a part of everyone's daily life.
  • This division is responsible for coming up with ideas, developing new games through in-house game development or collaboration with partners, then publishing and continuously improving the marketability and product performance of the games until they meet the company benchmarks for transferring to operation phases.
ABOUT THE POSITION
  • Design, create, and refine 2D game assets, including characters, backgrounds, objects, icons, and promotional banners.
  • Develop intuitive and visually engaging UI/UX to enhance player experience.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
  • Collaborate closely with game designers, programmers, project owners, and team leads to ensure smooth communication and alignment throughout the art production process.
  • Produce high-quality 2D assets consistent with the project's art direction and style.
  • Adapt to and execute different art styles as required by the project.
  • Optimize 2D assets for performance and memory usage, ensuring compliance with technical constraints.
  • Support the iteration process by responding to feedback and improving assets efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or equivalent formal training.
  • Strong understanding of art fundamentals, including composition, color theory, UI/UX principles, and basic animation.
  • Ability to work across a variety of art styles and deliver consistent results.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience as a 2D Game Artist in mobile game development.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator or Spine Animation
NICE TO HAVE
  • Familiarity with 2D or 3D asset workflows and integration.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted art tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, ComfyUI) and the ability to leverage them responsibly to speed up asset ideation and production.
  • Basic understanding of Unity or other game engines.
