Job Description

  • Teaching & Mentorship: Directly deliver excellent teaching, while mentoring and developing the professional capacity of the teaching staff to optimize student learning outcomes.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the Curriculum Development team, provide feedback, and suggest improvements to ensure the curriculum is always effective and relevant.
  • Classroom Management: Build a positive learning environment, manage the classroom effectively, and coordinate the handling of complex behavioral issues.
  • Measurement & Evaluation: Develop and implement effective assessment tools, providing in-depth feedback on student progress.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry (advanced degree or reputable teaching certification preferred) or relevant teaching experience.
  • Proficiency in test preparation methods, teaching skills, and lesson design.
  • Understanding of educational technology; Good research and analytical skills.
  • Fluent English (especially professional writing skills).
  • Must be based in Ho Chi Minh (Vietnam)
