is a dynamic technology company specializing in IoT, Mobile, and Web applications. We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Backend Developer (Python) to join our team. In this role, you will contribute to designing scalable architectures, optimizing system performance, and enhancing our development and deployment processes. This is an exciting opportunity for experienced professionals who want to take on key technical responsibilities and drive impactful improvements across our platforms.
Job description:
- Design, develop, and maintain backend systems using Python (Django/FastAPI).
- Architect, implement, and optimize microservices-based systems.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
- Integrate backend services with third-party APIs and internal systems.
- Collaborate with Front-end, Mobile, IoT, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality features.
- Ensure system performance, security, and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications in production.
- Research and apply new technologies to improve product quality and development efficiency.
- Build and optimize Machine Learning pipelines, including data preprocessing, model training, deployment, and performance tuning.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in backend development using Python.
- Strong experience with Django/FastAPI, WebSocket, Message Broker (MQTT, Kafka, RabbitMQ), and Microservices.
- Solid knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD, containerization (Docker), orchestration (Kubernetes is a plus).
- Experience with Machine Learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow) and model optimization techniques (quantization, pruning, distillation).
- Experience building ML pipelines: data processing, feature engineering, training, deployment.
- Understanding of deep learning architectures (CNN, RNN, Transformer).
- Strong understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL, MySQL, NoSQL).
- Hands-on experience with system monitoring and performance optimization.
- AWS experience (EC2, ECS, S3, RDS, Lambda, CloudWatch…) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, responsible working attitude.
- Ability to research, learn new technologies quickly, and work independently as well as in a team.
