Job Description

  • Plan and build the overall architecture of the product to ensure alignment with the company's business strategy and objectives.
  • Research, analyze, and make decisions on technology solutions; design software architecture for high performance and scalability.
  • Provide guidance on code quality, ensuring clean-code standards and best practices.
  • Research, evaluate, and apply new technologies (cloud, microservices, security, big data, DevSecOps) to improve product quality and optimize system operations.
  • Coach and mentor backend developers.
  • Collaborate closely with PO, BA, and stakeholders to ensure technical quality and solution alignment with product goals.

Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in IT, Computer Science, Mathematics–Informatics, or related fields.
  • English proficiency equivalent to TOEIC 650+.

Knowledge/Experience

  • 5+ years of backend development experience, including 1–2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Proficient in one of Golang / Python / Java / NodeJS.
  • Experience designing and deploying large-scale, high-performance real-time systems.
  • Strong knowledge of OOP, Microservices architecture, Design Patterns, CI/CD, Cloud (Docker, Kubernetes), Message Queue (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
  • Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving capability.
  • Good communication, teamwork, and technical training skills.
  • Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity, fintech, or big data products.
  • Experience with performance tuning, query optimization, and system scaling.
  • Knowledge of security architecture.
