Job description

We are seeking a talented and autonomous Product Designer to join our remote, design-driven team. At AcceleratorApp, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of global innovation by transforming complex B2B workflows into intuitive, engaging, and scalable software for incubators and accelerators.

The Role: You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and other Designers to tackle product challenges from discovery to delivery. Your focus will be on the core user experience, defining user flows, and maintaining high fidelity across our entire platform.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Design & Iteration: Designing and iterating on new and existing features for multiple functionalities, ensuring a seamless and effective user experience (UX) for our B2B clients.
  • Prototyping: Rapidly translating concepts and requirements into prototypes to test assumptions and gather feedback from stakeholders and users.
  • Design System Management: Contributing to the evolution and governance of our internal component-based Design System, ensuring consistency and efficiency across the engineering and design teams.
  • Collaboration: Actively participating in asynchronous discussions, design critique sessions, and technical planning to ensure designs are feasible and meet business objectives.

Must-Haves
  • Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience working exclusively in a Product Design (UX/UI) capacity.
  • Design Systems: Proven experience working with or contributing to a component-based or atomic design system. You understand the principles of design scalability and consistency.
  • Prototyping Proficiency: Exceptional ability to rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on designs using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
  • Communication: Strong English communication skills—both written and verbal—are critical for success in our asynchronous and remote environment.
  • Visual Craftsmanship: A truly fantastic sense of design and an exceptional eye for detail, visual hierarchy, and aesthetic quality.
Highly Desired (Plus Points)
  • Industry Experience: Prior experience working in a B2B SaaS environment, understanding the unique challenges of designing tools for professionals and complex organizational workflows.
  • Brand Alignment: Experience contributing to brand identity or working within established brand guidelines.
  • Ad Creative: Experience creating or designing digital advertisement creative assets for marketing purposes.
