Job Overview

PathTech is seeking a
Product Owner (PO)

to own and drive end-to-end product development—from defining vision, gathering requirements, aligning stakeholders, to ensuring successful delivery with the engineering team.

You will play a critical role in shaping AI-driven products and building high-impact features that solve real business problems.

Key Responsibilities
Product Ownership

  • Define
    product vision, roadmap, and priorities

based on business needs and customer insights.
- Break down requirements into
epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Ensure product backlog is structured, prioritized, and aligned with company goals.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with stakeholders (internal teams, partners, clients) to clarify requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, QA, design teams to ensure product delivery meets expectations.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, grooming, and review meetings.

Analysis & Validation

  • Conduct user research, collect feedback, analyze user behavior to improve product experience.
  • Monitor product performance using data, metrics, and define improvement plans.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) before deployments.

Documentation & Communication

  • Create clear and concise documents: product requirement document (PRD), user flow, use cases, feature specs.
  • Communicate product updates, progress, and decisions to relevant teams and leadership.

Requirements
Must-have

  • 1–3 years

of experience as Product Owner / Business Analyst / Product Manager.
- Strong understanding of
Agile/Scrum

, software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Ability to
analyze business problems

, design workflows, and propose effective solutions.
- Experience writing
PRD, user stories, wireframes, flowcharts, acceptance criteria

.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks using tools such as
Jira

, Trello, or ClickUp.
- Excellent communication & documentation skills.
- English communication

.

Nice-to-have

  • Experience working with
    AI/ML products, SaaS platforms

, or enterprise systems.
- Knowledge of UI/UX fundamentals (Figma, design thinking).
- Understanding basic technical concepts: APIs, database, microservices.
- Experience conducting UAT or coordinating with QA team.
