Join a world-class manufacturing finance team and play a pivotal role as Business Controller in a newly established factory, partnering with operations to drive financial performance, investment decisions, and long-term value creation in a fast-paced environment.

Core Responsibilities

  • Act as the finance business partner to factory operations, providing financial guidance on cost optimization, trade-offs, and investment decisions
  • Lead Financial Planning & Analysis activities, including annual budget and March/August forecasts for the factory
  • Consolidate and prepare financial statements (P&L, Capex, Cash Flow) for Asia Manufacturing
  • Prepare monthly financial performance reports with variance analysis, key KPIs, risks, and management insights
  • Partner with Finance Shared Services to support month-end closing, legal entity reviews, cash flow forecasting, and annual audits
  • Track and follow up on financial performance gaps, ensuring transparency on financial implications and trade-offs
  • Develop and support business case modeling for new investment and expansion projects
  • Deliver ad-hoc financial analyses to drive value creation and informed decision-making
  • Support simplification, automation, and continuous improvement of finance processes
  • Proactively challenge and collaborate with stakeholders across functions to strengthen business decisions

Reporting to the Head of Finance for Asia Manufacturing, this role plays a critical part in building a strong financial foundation for a newly established manufacturing facility. You will work closely with stakeholders across functions and levels, challenging perspectives and aligning teams to enable sustainable growth and operational excellence.

MUST HAVE – Minimum Candidate Qualifications

  • 3–4 years of experience in finance or accounting, with at least 2 years in a business partnering role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Finance, or Accounting with strong academic results
  • Strong analytical capability to derive insights and conclusions from complex business data
  • Proven experience in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
  • Advanced Excel skills and working knowledge of Power BI
  • Experience with SAP and/or Business Warehouse systems
  • Background in international and/or manufacturing environments
  • Knowledge of construction projects or project controlling is required
