Responsibilities

1. Thiết kế & phát triển giải pháp cấp độ nâng cao

· Xây dựng kiến trúc chi tiết, mô hình hóa domain, đề xuất công nghệ, phương án tối ưu performance.

· Xử lý các bài toán tích hợp phức tạp (≥3 hệ thống), yêu cầu nghiệp vụ đa tầng, quy mô lớn. - Tham gia review/approve thiết kế kỹ thuật của các thành viên cấp thấp hơn.

2. Dẫn dắt kỹ thuật trong team

· Hỗ trợ lập kế hoạch, phân rã user story, ước lượng effort, hướng dẫn dev cấp dưới.

· Định hướng coding convention, quy chuẩn CI/CD, guideline review code.

3. Phân tích nghiệp vụ nâng cao & giải pháp tổng thể

· Tham gia trực tiếp với PO, Business, đối tác để phân tích requirement phức tạp.

· Chủ động đề xuất cải tiến, refactor kiến trúc, tối ưu hiệu năng backend.

4. Vận hành & tối ưu hệ thống production

· Tham gia xử lý sự cố phức tạp, phân tích log nâng cao, tối ưu truy vấn MySQL, Redis, caching layers.

· Đảm bảo hệ thống đạt chuẩn reliability, scalability, throughput.

5. Chuyển giao công nghệ & mentor

· Đào tạo dev cấp 6–7, share knowledge (DDD, CQRS, Clean Architecture…).

· Đề xuất roadmap nâng cấp hệ thống & chuẩn hóa kỹ thuật cho toàn team.

Qualifications

1. Trình độ Học vấn

· Đại học trở lên chuyên ngành CNTT, Kỹ thuật phần mềm hoặc tương đương.

2. Kiến thức/ Chuyên môn Có Liên Quan

· –7 năm kinh nghiệm backend C#.

· Master trong ASP.NET Core, EF Core, Clean Architecture, DDD, CQRS.

· Chuyên sâu trong MySQL / SQL Server: tối ưu hóa index, phân tích query plan.

· Có kinh nghiệm xử lý transactional system, high throughput API.

· Có kinh nghiệm xử lý hệ thống có bảng dữ liệu lớn M bản ghi), tránh fullscan, tối ưu IO.

· Hiểu biết và áp dụng được các khái niệm như: Locking: row-lock, table-lock, deadlock handling, optimistic/pessimistic concurrency. Transaction isolation levels (Read Committed, Repeatable Read, Serializable). Index: composite index, covering index, partial index, clustered vs nonclustered. Query plan analysis & tuning, cost-based optimization.

· Thành thạo RabbitMQ, Redis, Quartz, microservices (điểm cộng).

· CI/CD nâng cao (Linux, Docker, GitLab/GitHub pipeline).

· Có kỹ năng về bảo mật API, OAuth2, OWASP, rate limit, anti-fraud logic, xử lý race conditions, double-submit, oversell, oversubscribe.

· Khả năng debug production-level, profiling, memory/perf optimization.

· Đọc hiểu tốt tài liệu kỹ thuật tiếng Anh, khả năng trao đổi chuyên môn bằng tiếng Anh là lợi thế.

Ưu tiên:

· Kinh nghiệm thực tế với AWS / GCP / Azure (EC2, EKS, RDS, Secret Manager…).

· Monitoring chuyên sâu: Prometheus, Grafana, Loki, ELK, Sentry.

· Khả năng technical leadership (training, review, architectural guidance).
