1.Giới thiệu về Mind Media

Mind Media là agency tiên phong trong lĩnh vực TikTok SEO, Clipping và UGC Marketing, đồng thời phát triển hệ sinh thái nội dung đa nền tảng cho thương hiệu - giúp tăng độ phủ tự nhiên, độ nhận diện và hiệu quả chuyển đổi.

Chúng tôi hoạt động mạnh trên TikTok, Facebook, Instagram và YouTube Shorts, nơi mỗi nền tảng đều được tối ưu hóa theo chiến lược riêng biệt.

2.Mô tả công việc

Content Intern sẽ tham gia vào quy trình sáng tạo và triển khai nội dung trên nhiều nền tảng xã hội, từ ý tưởng - sản xuất - biên tập - tối ưu.

A. TikTok

  • Tìm trend, nghiên cứu insight, đề xuất ý tưởng video theo hướng UGC / Clipping / Viral.
  • Viết kịch bản ngắn (15-60s) và caption có tính thu hút, tối ưu theo SEO TikTok.
  • Hỗ trợ team production trong quá trình quay và dựng video.

B. Facebook & Instagram

  • Viết caption phù hợp tone of voice của thương hiệu (ngắn gọn, cảm xúc, dễ lan tỏa).
  • Lên lịch đăng bài (post, reel, story), quản lý nội dung fanpage/Instagram.
  • Biên tập lại nội dung TikTok để đăng chéo sang Facebook Reels / Instagram Reels.
  • Theo dõi insight, tương tác với người dùng và nắm bắt phản hồi cộng đồng.

C. YouTube Shorts

  • Cắt ghép video từ TikTok để tối ưu định dạng cho Shorts.
  • Viết tiêu đề, mô tả cơ bản theo hướng SEO.
  • Theo dõi hiệu quả và đề xuất cải thiện về tiêu đề hoặc thumbnail.

3.Yêu cầu năng lực

  • Sinh viên hoặc các bạn mới tốt nghiệp các ngành Marketing, Truyền thông, Báo chí, PR hoặc Sản xuất nội dung.
  • Hiểu biết và yêu thích các nền tảng: TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube.
  • Có khả năng viết caption, bắt trend, sáng tạo ý tưởng phù hợp từng nền tảng.
  • Biết cơ bản về quay/dựng clip (CapCut, Premiere, Canva, v.v.) là lợi thế.
  • Có tư duy thẩm mỹ, hiểu cách kể chuyện bằng hình ảnh và video ngắn.
  • Chủ động, cầu tiến, có tinh thần teamwork và trách nhiệm với deadline.

5.Thời gian làm việc

  • Linh hoạt: 3–5 buổi/tuần
