Fashion Designer sẽ tham gia trực tiếp vào quy trình sáng tạo couture – từ nghiên cứu xu hướng, phát triển ý tưởng thiết kế, phác thảo, chọn chất liệu, phối hợp cùng thợ thủ công để tạo ra các bộ sưu tập áo dài couture, evening gowns, suits & dresses mang đậm bản sắc Việt Nam nhưng có tầm vóc quốc tế.

Bạn sẽ là nhân tố then chốt trong việc khẳng định hình ảnh BYFAS – Vietnam Couture Lifestyle Icon.

  • Nghiên cứu & Phát triển thiết kế:
  • Nghiên cứu xu hướng thời trang toàn cầu & ứng dụng phù hợp với couture Việt Nam.
  • Phát triển concept bộ sưu tập, moodboard, sketch.
  • Thiết kế sản phẩm:
  • Thiết kế áo dài couture, trang phục dạ hội, menswear (suits) và phụ kiện lụa.
  • Phối hợp chọn vải, màu sắc, chi tiết thêu/đính kết.
  • Phối hợp sản xuất:
  • Làm việc chặt chẽ với Artisan Team & Sample/QC Team để hiện thực hóa thiết kế.
  • Đảm bảo tiêu chuẩn thủ công – luxury finishing.
  • Trình diễn & thương mại:
  • Tham gia chuẩn bị fashion shows, photoshoots, exhibitions.
  • Hỗ trợ bộ phận retail trong việc styling & training sản phẩm.

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Trung cấp - Nghề

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • 2–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong thiết kế high-end fashion / couture.
  • Giỏi kỹ năng vẽ tay, vẽ máy
  • Thành thạo vẽ phác thảo, Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop hoặc CAD.
  • Am hiểu chất liệu lụa, kỹ thuật couture, thêu tay, đính kết.
  • Tư duy sáng tạo mạnh, thẩm mỹ tinh tế, chú ý đến chi tiết.
  • Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt là lợi thế.
  • Đam mê đưa áo dài và văn hóa Việt lên tầm cao quốc tế.
