Job description

Vai trò Phân tích và Chuyển hóa yêu cầu nghiệp vụ quản trị nội bộ (Tài chính, Nhân sự , Pháp chế, Rủi ro…) thành giải pháp công nghệ phù hợp, đồng thời theo sát toàn bộ vòng đời phát triển phần mềm để đảm bảo tính đúng đắn và khả thi. Vai trò này giúp Ngân hàng vận hành hiệu quả, tuân thủ quy định, kiểm soát rủi ro và xây dựng nền tảng hệ thống bền vững phục vụ mục tiêu quản trị và phát triển lâu dài.

  1. Thu thập và phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ từ các đơn vị back-office (Nhân sự, Rủi ro, Vận hành, Pháo chế, Tài chính …)

  2. Chuyển đổi yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành tài liệu đặc tả kỹ thuật (Functional/Non-functional specs)

  3. Hỗ trợ thiết kế và đề xuất giải pháp (process flow, data flow, system impact analysis)

  4. Quản lý thay đổi yêu cầu (Change Request) và theo dõi vòng đời yêu cầu

  5. Phối hợp với đội phát triển, kiểm thử (SIT/UAT) và vendor

  6. Làm việc với các đội tuân thủ chuẩn phát triển (IT-Security, Performance Testing, Risk & Compliance)

  7. Soạn thảo tài liệu & đào tạo người dùng

  8. Hỗ trợ triển khai và vận hành sau triển khai

  9. Báo cáo, truyền thông và quản lý stakeholder

Your skills and experience

  • Tốt nghiệp Đại học trở lên, chuyên ngành: Công nghệ Thông tin, Hệ thống Thông tin Quản lý, Khoa học Máy tính, Toán – Tin, Tài chính – Ngân hàng, Kế toán – Kiểm toán hoặc các ngành liên quan.

  • Có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ hoặc công nghệ liên quan:

  • BA/IT Business Analysis: CBAP, CCBA (IIBA) hoặc tương đương.
  • Quản lý dự án: PMP, Agile/Scrum Product Owner/Business Analyst.

  • Ngân hàng – Tài chính: chứng chỉ AML/KYC, Risk Management, Compliance là một lợi thế.

  • Tối thiểu 3–5 năm kinh nghiệm trong vai trò Business Analyst/IT Analyst trong lĩnh vực tài chính – ngân hàng hoặc các ngành có quy trình vận hành phức tạp.

  • Có kinh nghiệm tham gia dự án triển khai hệ thống ngân hàng backoffice (HRM, Risk, Compliance, AML, ERP nội bộ).
  • Đã trực tiếp tham gia nhiều giai đoạn vòng đời dự án: từ thu thập yêu cầu, phân tích, thiết kế giải pháp, kiểm thử đến triển khai và hỗ trợ vận hành.
  • Hiểu rõ Waterfall và Agile/Scrum; có kinh nghiệm làm việc với backlog, user stories, sprint planning.
  • Trực tiếp tham gia xây dựng test case, hỗ trợ UAT, SIT và nghiệm thu hệ thống.
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với hệ thống core banking hoặc các ứng dụng tích hợp nhiều hệ thống khác nhau.
  • Có trải nghiệm làm việc trong môi trường ngân hàng số hóa
