RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Planning:
Formulate and execute long-term strategies that align with corporate objectives. Identify opportunities for growth and emerging market trends to drive business expansion.

Market Analysis:
Perform in-depth market research and competitive assessments to guide strategic decision-making and uncover potential development areas.

Investment Analysis:
Apply investment banking expertise to evaluate prospective mergers, acquisitions, and partnerships. Develop financial models and conduct valuation analyses to support recommendations.

Stakeholder Engagement:
Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment with strategic priorities and key initiatives.

Project Management:
Lead strategic projects from inception through implementation, ensuring timely completion and alignment with overall business objectives.

Performance Metrics:
Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and refine approaches as needed.

Communication:
Create and deliver clear, insightful reports and presentations to executive leadership and stakeholders, providing updates on strategy execution and outcomes.

REQUIREMENTS:

Education:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

Experience:
At least 8–10 years of experience in strategic planning, investment banking, or corporate finance roles.

Analytical Expertise:
Exceptional analytical and quantitative capabilities, with a proven ability to interpret and synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

Leadership:
Demonstrated success in leading teams and managing cross-functional initiatives across diverse business functions.

Communication:
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.

Problem-Solving:
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and resolving challenges.

Preferred Professional Background:
Experience in top-tier consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain), Big Four Strategy/Deals practices, investment banking, or corporate strategy within large-scale FMCG or retail organizations.

Strategic Expertise:
Deep understanding of growth strategy, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and financial modeling.

Transformation Leadership:
Proven track record in driving business transformation and delivering value-creation programs.

Executive Engagement:
Skilled in building relationships and collaborating with CEOs, investors, and senior executives.

Global Mindset:
Bilingual in English and Vietnamese, with an international outlook and a strong passion for advancing Vietnam's consumer market.
