We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join our team, playing a key role in driving strategic financial planning and performance optimization. This position is responsible for budgeting and forecasting, KPI monitoring, business model evaluation, and financial data analysis to support effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Budget and Business Planning:


• Participate in the process of creating the organization's budget and business plans.


• Develop budget forecasts based on financial goals and the organization's strategy.


• Analyze financial-related data to predict and plan for the future.

Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Analyze Variations, and Provide Appropriate Recommendations:


• Monitor key performance indicators such as sales, profit, expenses, and investigate fluctuations in the data.


• Based on the analysis, provide recommendations to improve financial performance, such as cost reduction or optimizing the financial structure.

Assess Business Models for Products:


• Assess the performance of specific products or projects' business models.


• Evaluate the business model using SWOT analysis and detailed analysis to identify opportunities and challenges, then propose improvements or developments.

Prepare Other Reports as Required:


• Prepare and provide financial and business reports to management and relevant stakeholders, including quarterly, annual reports, or special reports when needed.

Data Analysis and Recommendations:


• Utilize data and numerical analysis methods to understand the financial and business situation.


• Develop recommendations based on this analysis to enhance performance and efficiency.

Review and Provide Approval/Rejection for Proposals from Various Units:


• Examine and evaluate financial proposals or submissions from other units within the organization.


• Provide opinions on the financial feasibility and suggest adjustments or rejections when necessary.

Build Models to Track Changes in Data for Each Product Portfolio:


• Develop and maintain data tracking models for each product portfolio to monitor changes in key metrics and performance indicators over time. These models provide valuable insights into product performance and guide decision-making processes.

Requirements:


• University degree in Accounting,  Economics, Finance, Banking,... or related fields.


• A minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in the same role as a Business Analyst in a financial or business setting.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with strong data analysis and reporting skills.


• Familiarity with Power BI and SQL is a strong advantage.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams.
