HR & Office Administrator – Junior Position
Location: 455 Nguyễn Đình Chiểu, District 3, HCMC
Company size: ~30 employees
Reports to: HR Manager / BOD

Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Junior HR & Office Administrator to support day-to-day HR procedures and ensure smooth administrative operations at Dat Phuoc.
This position is suitable for candidates who already have basic HR knowledge, are willing to learn, and want to grow into a full HR Officer role in the future.

Key Responsibilities
- HR Administrative Support
• Support in managing employee files and HR documentation (contracts, personal files, labor records).
• Assist in recruitment coordination: posting jobs, arranging interviews, collecting CVs, updating candidate list.
• Assist onboarding procedures for new hires: paperwork, preparing desk setup, orientation support.
• Track attendance, leave, overtime, probation status.
• Assist in preparing monthly HR reports to management.
• Coordinate with Accounting team when required (PIT, insurance, salary documentation).
- Office Administration
• Ensure office environment is organized, neat and compliant with company standards.
• Monitor office supplies: stationery, pantry items, cost optimization and purchase requests.
• Coordinate with suppliers, maintenance services, and building management when needed.
• Support logistics for internal meetings, guest reception, basic event arrangements.
• Handle incoming/outgoing documents and basic company administrative procedures.
- Employee Support
• Be the first contact point for employees with office-related needs.
• Support internal communication: notices, memos, policy reminders.
• Assist in organizing internal activities (birthday, teambuilding, training sessions).

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (HR, Business Administration, Law, Finance preferred).
• 1–2 years of experience in HR or Office Admin roles.
• Basic understanding of Labor Law is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, careful, patient, and structured.
• Professional working attitude, honest, willing to learn and improve.
• MS Office proficiency.
