MFan là nền tảng fandom business platform đầu tiên tại Việt Nam – được phát triển bởi MMusic, với mục tiêu giúp nghệ sĩ và fan kết nối sâu hơn, tương tác nhiều hơn, và cùng tạo nên giá trị bền vững.

MFan cho phép nghệ sĩ quản lý fandom của mình thông qua hệ thống membership, ticketing, merch, fan mission và nội dung độc quyền, mang lại trải nghiệm liền mạch giữa online – offline – fan engagement.

Position Overview

Vị trí Product Operations – MFan là đầu mối vận hành sản phẩm, đảm bảo nền tảng hoạt động ổn định, nội dung và tính năng được triển khai chính xác, đồng thời phản ánh insight người dùng để cải thiện sản phẩm liên tục.

Bạn sẽ làm việc trực tiếp với team Product, Artist Partnership, Creative, Tech & Marketing, và là người giữ "pulse" của nền tảng fandom hàng ngày.

Key Responsibilities
1. Platform Operations & Execution
  • Quản lý và theo dõi vận hành hằng ngày của các module chính trên MFan:
  • Membership (đăng ký, gia hạn, quyền lợi)
  • Event & Ticketing
  • Merch Store
  • Content & Community module
  • Thực hiện testing & kiểm tra lỗi hệ thống, ghi nhận issue và phối hợp với Product Manager/đối tác kỹ thuật để xử lý.
  • Đảm bảo mọi cập nhật hoặc thay đổi (content, campaign, quyền lợi) được triển khai đúng quy trình và đúng hạn.
2. Product Data & Performance Tracking
  • Theo dõi dữ liệu vận hành: traffic, conversion, engagement, retention.
  • Hỗ trợ Product Manager tổng hợp báo cáo hiệu suất sản phẩm định kỳ.
  • Phân tích phản hồi từ người dùng (fan, nghệ sĩ, label) để đề xuất cải thiện UX/UI hoặc quy trình vận hành.
3. Internal & Cross-Team Collaboration
  • Làm việc với Artist Partnership team để hỗ trợ onboarding nghệ sĩ và vận hành fandom page.
  • Phối hợp với Creative & Marketing team để triển khai chiến dịch, sự kiện hoặc tính năng mới trên nền tảng.
  • Làm việc với Finance & Legal để đảm bảo các module thanh toán, membership và e-commerce tuân thủ quy định.
4. Documentation & Process Management
  • Xây dựng và cập nhật tài liệu hướng dẫn nội bộ (Admin Manual, Product Flow, Bug Report Sheet, Change Log).
  • Chuẩn hóa quy trình làm việc giữa các bộ phận liên quan đến nền tảng (onboarding, content, campaign, payment).
Qualifications
  • 2–3 năm kinh nghiệm trong lĩnh vực digital platform, e-commerce, SaaS, media tech hoặc product operation.
  • Hiểu cơ bản về hệ thống CMS, data dashboard, hoặc quy trình vận hành sản phẩm.
  • Có khả năng làm việc logic, chi tiết và quản lý deadline tốt.
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp và phối hợp nhóm tốt (cross-functional mindset).
  • Chủ động học hỏi, có tư duy người dùng và đam mê với lĩnh vực âm nhạc, fan culture và công nghệ.
  • Biết tiếng Anh (đọc & viết tài liệu sản phẩm).
