Chúng tôi đang xây dựng một nền tảng mở giúp doanh nghiệp đào tạo, triển khai và kết nối AI Agent đến các hệ thống bên thứ 3 (3rd party systems) nhằm tự động hóa các quy trình như cskh, tuyển dụng, tư vấn bán hàng, đào tạo nội bộ, …. 

Ngoài phục vụ trực tiếp khách hàng doanh nghiệp, nền tảng sẽ cung cấp API giúp tạo ra hàng nghìn sản phẩm AI mới trên thị trường.

Vai trò

Bạn sẽ tham gia vào việc thiết kế và triển khai toàn bộ các tính năng của nền tảng, đồng thời đặt nền móng cho Engineering Culture của công ty.

Công việc

  • Tham gia đề xuất, thiết kế, triển khai các tính năng khác nhau của nền tảng
  • Tham gia triển khai Unit test, E2E test

Năng lực

  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với TS, React
  • Nắm vững kiến thức về browser, a11y, compatibility, http, …
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với i18n, Playwright
  • Có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Go
  • Nắm vững kiến thức về thuật toán, db, queue, cache, tối ưu hiệu năng, …
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm việc với Redis, Kafka
  • Ưu tiên ứng viên có thành tích trong các cuộc thi lập trình thi đấu, hackathon
  • Nắm vững git
  • Có khả năng hoàn thành công việc mà không sử dụng các công cụ AI vibe coding (Lưu ý: Công ty không cấm sử dụng các công cụ này)
  • Có khả năng truyền đạt rõ ràng suy nghĩ và cảm nhận
  • Có khả năng đề xuất và hiện thực hóa những ý tưởng mới
  • Có khả năng giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt

Yêu cầu bắt buộc

  • 4+ tháng kinh nghiệm đảm nhiệm vai trò Full-stack Engineer

  • Live coding giao diện (Được phép sử dụng các công cụ AI)
  • Kỹ năng giao tiếp, làm việc nhóm
  • Mục tiêu, định hướng phát triển, nguyện vọng của bản thân
