At Politetech, we're on the lookout for a talented Python Django Developer to be part of our growing international team.

You'll have the chance to build, optimize, and scale backend systems for global projects — applying best practices, cutting-edge technologies, and collaborating with top-tier clients across the US, EU, and APAC.

Your Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend applications using Python/Django.
  • Build and enhance RESTful APIs for integration with web and mobile platforms.
  • Work with cross-functional teams — Product, Frontend, QA — to deliver features that delight users.
  • Implement robust solutions ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code, with proper documentation.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to architectural decisions.
  • Mentor junior developers and collaborate on improving engineering workflows.
  • Communicate proactively with international teams and stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience developing backend systems using Python (Django Framework).
  • Strong understanding of OOP, MVC patterns, and database design (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
  • Practical experience with Celery, Redis, Docker, Git.
  • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, or other cloud platforms is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
  • Good English communication skills (for working with global clients).
  • Ability to onboard immediately or within a short notice period is a strong advantage.
