Role Description

This is a contract role for a Business Analyst/Quality Assurance (BA/QA), based on-site in the Hanoi Capital Region. The responsibilities involve gathering and analyzing business requirements, defining business processes, and ensuring quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle. The candidate will support communication between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure delivery aligns with the business objectives. Day-to-day tasks include creating documentation, validating solutions, and participating in requirement analysis sessions.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Business Analysis and defining Business Processes
  • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in gathering and interpreting Business Requirements
  • Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders and teams
  • Attention to detail and ability to align business needs with project deliverables
  • Previous experience in IT project teams or QA processes is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI-driven technologies and solutions is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related fields
