Role Overview

We're looking for a Mid or Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience building production-ready, high-traffic applications. You will join our core engineering team to design, build, and optimize modern web platforms and AI-driven systems.

This role requires someone with excellent problem-solving skills, a deep understanding of performance optimization, and the ability to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using React and
  • Ensure performance optimization across frontend, backend, and databases (MongoDB, Redis).
  • Build reliable, production-grade systems capable of handling high traffic and large datasets.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver business value quickly.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong focus on best practices.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers.
  • (Nice to have) Contribute to AI/LLM-driven initiatives, including agent development with LangGraph.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional full-stack development experience.
  • Proven track record of working on production systems with high traffic.
  • Strong expertise in:
  • React (hooks, performance optimization, a plus)
  • (scalability, event-driven architecture)
  • Databases: MongoDB, Redis (indexing, caching, query optimization)
  • Solid understanding of system design, API design, and distributed systems.
  • Ability to diagnose and solve performance bottlenecks.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Bonus Skills (Nice to Have)

  • Experience with LLMs, LangChain, or LangGraph.
  • Experience with AI agent development or generative AI applications.
