Generative AI Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Research, design, and implement breakthrough
    Generative AI solutions
    to address challenges such as
    Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
    ,
    AI Agents
    , and
    AI Workflows
    that support digital transformation projects.
  • Develop and optimize
    RAG systems
    using modern frameworks like
    LangChain
    and
    LlamaIndex
    , combined with
    vector databases
    to enable intelligent and accurate semantic search and information retrieval.
  • Design and deploy
    AI Workflows
    to automate business processes using tools such as
    Langflow, Agno, or N8N
    for efficient workflow orchestration.
  • Fine-tune and optimize
    Large Language Models (LLMs)
    such as
    Qwen, LLaMA, Mistral
    , etc., applying advanced techniques including
    LoRA, QLoRA, PEFT
    , and
    quantization
    to enhance model performance and cost efficiency.
  • Deploy AI models on
    self-hosted infrastructure
    or via tools like
    vLLM, Ollama, and
    to maximize performance and minimize cost.
  • Integrate LLMs into
    backend and frontend applications
    , ensuring stability and scalability in production environments.
  • Collaborate closely with
    Product, Engineering, and Data teams
    to bring GenAI solutions into real-world applications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in
    Information Technology, Computer Science
    , or related fields.
  • At least
    2 years of practical experience
    in
    Machine Learning
    or
    Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Python
    and experience with ML/DL frameworks such as
    PyTorch, TensorFlow
    , and
    Transformers
    .
  • Solid understanding of
    LLMs
    (e.g., Qwen, LLaMA, Mistral, GPT, etc.).
  • Strong
    prompt engineering
    skills, particularly in generating and processing Vietnamese content.
  • Deep knowledge of model optimization techniques including
    LoRA, QLoRA, quantization, and PEFT
    .
  • Hands-on experience with
    vector databases
    (FAISS, Chroma, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus).
  • Experience with frameworks such as
    LangChain, LlamaIndex
    , or AI workflow tools like
    Langflow, n8n
    is a plus.
  • Prior experience
    deploying AI models in production
    is a significant advantage.
