Mô tả công việc:
Thiết lập & Quản lý Chiến dịch:
Lên kế hoạch, tạo và triển khai chiến dịch Google Ads phù hợp với nhu cầu cụ thể của từng dự án.
- Tìm hiểu Insight, nghiên cứu từ khoá, xác định đối tượng mục tiêu
- Cài đặt, tối ưu tracking, remarketing với Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics và các công cụ đo lường hiệu suất khác
2.Giám sát & Tối ưu hóa:
- Theo dõi hiệu suất và tối ưu hoá chiến dịch hàng ngày để đảm bảo KPIs đạt yêu cầu.
- Tối ưu hoá các chỉ số marketing
- Thực hiện A/B testing (quảng cáo, landing page, chiến lược giá thầu)
- Quản lý ngân sách quảng cáo để sử dụng tài nguyên hiệu quả và tối đa hóa kết quả.
3. Báo cáo & Phân tích:
- Chuẩn bị các báo cáo chi tiết về hiệu suất chiến dịch, đưa ra các phân tích và đề xuất cải thiện cho các bộ phận liên quan
Cập nhật xu hướng quảng cáo, chính sách Google, AI automation trong bidding
Hợp tác & Phối hợp:
Làm việc chặt chẽ với với các bộ phận liên quan để đảm bảo chiến lược marketing thống nhất.
- Đưa ra phản hồi về Website để cải thiện hiệu suất chiến dịch quảng cáo.
Yêu cầu công việc:
- Kinh nghiệm: Tối thiểu 2 - 3 năm kinh nghiệm Google Ads
- Thành thạo các công cụ đo lường và tối ưu hoá hiệu suất
- Tư duy data-driven, có khả năng phân tích số liệu & tối ưu chiến dịch dựa trên dữ liệu thực tế
- Am hiểu thuật toán Google, có tư duy logic
- Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong lĩnh vực eCommerce, POD, Dropshipping, hiểu biết về các xu hướng và đặc điểm văn hóa của thị trường US – UK
- Sáng tạo, team-work tốt, chịu áp lực và quản lý deadline tốt
- Trình độ tiếng Anh: Ielts 5.5 hoặc tương đương
Thời gian làm việc:
Từ Thứ 02 - Thứ 07 (Ca sáng từ 08h30 - 12h00; Ca chiều từ 13h30 - 17h30)
