Job Purpose

The job holder responsible for sell retail products and related services to individual customers in order to achieve assigned targets.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. CUSTOMERS: CONSULTANCY AND PROVIDE PERSONAL FINANCIAL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES THAT MATCHES CUSTOMERS' NEEDS.

2. Receive and learn information from customers to advise and provide products and services that are suitable for customers' needs or introduce them to specified locations to bring the best experience to customers. Customer.

3. Exploit, consulting and providing personal financial products and services suitable to customer needs according to the list of customers assigned in each period.

4. Develop customers according to the bank's oriented sales channels from time to time.

5. PRODUCTS và SERVICES: ASSURANCE AND ENHANCE SERVICE QUALITY, HELP BRING THE BEST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

6. Perform transactions/consultations at the request of the Client accurately, completely, quickly and in a timely manner, ensuring the correct SLAs and service quality standards.

7. Update information on products, processes/regulations, Marketing programs, new sales campaigns and instructions of Techcombank from time to time in order to provide the best services of the Bank to customers.
8. Receive and handle customer requests and complaints in accordance with Techcombank's regulations.
9. Make recommendations to relevant departments to contribute to improving product, process and policy issues from time to time.

Key Accountabilities (2)

1. SYSTEM: OPERATION COMPLIANCE và RISK MANAGEMENT

2. Perform work in accordance with the Bank's policies, procedures, regulations and instructions.

3. Identify customer information as well as warning signs before, during and after customer transactions, ensuring compliance with Techcombank's processes and regulations and the law.
4. Manage credit risk, operational risk on the assigned customer list in accordance with regulations and instructions of the bank
5. Ensure compliance with Techcombank's policies and procedures.
6. Comply with the post-borrowing inspection process (controlling the customer's capital use purpose, collateral, financial situation...). Periodically according to the provisions of credit products/post-borrowing control regulations, assess the customer, control the purpose of the customer's capital, immediately notify the relevant departments when the customer have problems with financial situation, ability to repay debt, purpose of using capital, etc..
7. Identify, report and participate in the handling of operational risks.
8. Comply with regulations on information security and information security.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

Domain Expertise

• At least 08 years of experience in Banking field
• Experience in similar position is preferred

Qualifications

- University graduate or higher - majoring in Banking and Finance; Foreign Trade; Economics or related field….

• English proficiency: According to the Bank's policy in the each period
