Mô tả công việc:

(Mức lương: Đến 20 triệu VNĐ)

– Nắm được các quy trình sản xuất trong nhà máy; đối ứng các vấn đề xảy ra trong sản xuất.

– Tham gia cải tiến quy trình sản xuất, nâng cao hiệu quả sản xuất.

– Nắm được mục tiêu và quy trình đảm bảo chất lượng trong nhà máy.

– Cùng xưởng trưởng điều tra nguyên nhân – đưa ra đối sách khi có claim hoặc phát hiện lỗi trong quá trình sản xuất; đảm bảo tỷ lệ lỗi dưới mức cho phép.

– Tìm hiểu và nắm tổng quan về máy móc, thiết bị trong nhà máy; lập kế hoạch bảo trì hàng năm, dự trù bộ phận thay thế để đảm bảo sản xuất không bị đình trệ; liên hệ nhà cung cấp máy khi cần.

– Nắm được Forecast của khách hàng, từ đó cân đối lượng nguyên liệu cần đặt nhà cung cấp.

– Quản lý nhà cung cấp: liên hệ forecast, theo dõi tuân thủ quy trình sản xuất và đảm bảo chất lượng của họ; Audit định kỳ nhà cung cấp.

– Hỗ trợ Trưởng bộ phận sản xuất trong công tác quản lý bộ phận.

– Đối ứng các yêu cầu/nhiệm vụ khác từ công ty, công ty mẹ bên Nhật hoặc khách hàng.

Hình thức làm việc: Toàn thời gian

Quyền lợi được hưởng:

– Lương : upto 20tr

– Tăng lương hàng năm (tùy theo năng lực và thành tích)

Yêu cầu bằng cấp (tối thiểu): Đại Học

Yêu cầu công việc:

– Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành kỹ thuật (Cơ khí, Điện tử, Chế tạo, Tự động hóa…)

– Ngoại ngữ: thành thạo tiếng Nhật N2, tiếng Anh cơ bản

– Có kinh nghiệm/kỹ năng cải tiến (Kaizen)

– Kỹ năng sử dụng máy tính, thành thạo các phần mềm cơ bản: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

– Trung thực, chăm chỉ, nhanh nhẹn, hòa đồng, tinh thần trách nhiệm cao

– Tư duy logic, cẩn thận, tỉ mỉ, chịu được áp lực công việc

– Kỹ năng làm việc nhóm

– Khả năng thích ứng nhanh với các yêu cầu/thay đổi từ phía khách hàng

  • Ưu tiên các ứng viên:

– Có quãng đường di chuyển dưới 20km

– Có kinh nghiệm làm việc ở bộ phận sản xuất, kỹ thuật sản xuất hoặc mua hàng

– Có kinh nghiệm làm việc tại các công ty sản xuất lớn của Nhật
