Employee Engagement Lead,
who will:

  • Craft and deliver engaging internal communication content
    , taking full ownership of the internal communication strategy, and ensuring all content aligns with Geek Adventure's brand and culture. This includes producing a weekly internal magazine, creating posts, welcoming new members, and auditing internal content…etc
  • ·
    Manage and optimize internal communication channels
    , ensuring they are used effectively to keep employees informed and engaged, while monitoring and measuring the impact of communication efforts.
  • Lead and execute employee engagement activities
    , including planning team-building events, quarterly meet-ups, and branding events …etc. This involves managing logistics, engaging stakeholders, and executing plans that foster collaboration and growth.
