The Agile Business Analyst (Agile BA) role combines business analysis and agile, lean business analyst methodology (combined with the knowledge of specific domain areas) to enable delivery teams to meet business goals.
YOUR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist with business process design and documentation as needed.

• Assist with managing business stakeholders' expectations for projects deliverables.

• Assist with preparing business cases, plans, and estimates.

• Assist with developing and managing project plans, scope, schedules, resources, and features.

• Facilitating workshops and other requirements gathering exercises to elicit requirements.

• Writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

• Supporting testing activities

• Establish/maintain & govern delivery – partnering with delivery teams & Product Owners to ensure agreed outcomes are met.

• Provide guidance & coaching to Agile BAs within the domain to uplift capability & performance.

• Drive business analysis outcomes in alignment with domain strategic objectives.

• Lead the uplift of analysis practices, including process/tooling/metrics.

• Partner with domain stakeholders to ensure alignment and prioritisation of work.

• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders, delivery teams, and partners.

• Lead a culture of continuous improvement.

• Contribute to shaping delivery practices & outcomes.

​Fulfil other tasks as assigned by your People Leader and/or authorized representative of NAB Vietnam from time to time.

YOUR SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Providing leadership, guidance, and mentorship to Agile BAs within the domain.

• Supporting and coordinating business analysis activities across multiple initiatives.

• Ensuring analysis practices support the agile environment and strategic objectives.

• Partnering with Product Owners, SMEs, and delivery teams to ensure outcomes are delivered.

• Embedding standardised practices, tools, templates, and processes to uplift business analysis capability.

• Leading the identification, shaping, and prioritisation of analysis work.

• Managing escalations related to analysis activities.

• Representing the business analysis function within the domain and across NAB.

• Reporting on business analysis outcomes & performance.
