About the Role
As a Sr. Culture & Engagement Executive at
Cake
, you will help to deliver meaningful employee experiences that bring a vibrant culture to Cakers. This role is perfect for someone who loves creating connections, organizing exciting events, and telling inspiring stories.
You will be the heart behind our internal engagement efforts, coordinating across teams, supporting internal communications, and making every workday feel more "Cake".
Job Responsibilities:
Employee Activities – The Flame of On-site Runner
To design and deliver employee activities that spark connection, energize the workforce, and strengthen the CAKE culture. This includes creating meaningful engagement moments driven by real employee insights, ensuring every program not only brings joy but also enhances belonging, motivation, and the "Speed – Smart – Safe" spirit across the organization.
- Execute the full journey of Engagement Programs based on deep and touching insights (Spots Energizing, Caker Birthday, C-Mê Station, Special Treats, Tournaments, big yearly events…).
- Work closely with vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure smooth, high-quality logistics and flawless event delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create activities that spark connection, elevate employee spirit, and strengthen the CAKE culture.
- Monitor timelines, budgets, and experience quality to ensure every activity delivers real, measurable impact.
Internal Communications – The Storyteller
To craft clear, inspiring, and emotionally resonant internal communications that strengthen alignment and amplify Cake's journey across channels such as C-News, C-Portal, internal social posts, and event communications...
- Plan and manage internal communication campaigns to support organizational updates, initiatives, policies, and cultural messages.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent tone of voice and brand identity.
- Create compelling content (articles, visual assets, video scripts, infographics, announcements) that translates complex information into simple, engaging stories.
- Enhance communication experiences that inform, connect, and motivate Cakers in a relevant and trendy way.
Operations and Reporting
- Ensure all programs and events comply with internal procedures, payment processes, and company policies.
- Track event timelines, checklists, and execution details to ensure smooth and on-time delivery.
- Take charge of administrative and operational tasks as assigned, supporting overall program execution.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and records for activities, budgets, and post-event evaluations.
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in Internal Communications, Employee Engagement, Corporate Culture, or related roles.
- Strong storytelling, content creation, and communication skills.
- Logical thinking, structured planning, and strong project management ability.
- Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools is a plus.
- Familiarity with tech/fintech environments is an advantage.
