Mô tả công việc:

  • Design, train, and deploy ML/Deep Learning/LLM models powering an AI financial advisor system.
  • Develop and optimize AI agent systems (multi-agent orchestration) for portfolio advice, rebalancing, and risk management.
  • Build RAG pipelines (retrieval, indexing, vector databases) and enable LLM tool-use/function calling.
  • Implement and maintain workflows with LangGraph/LangChain (memory, guardrails, evaluation, orchestration).
  • Collaborate with Data, Quant, and Application teams to integrate models into production with high performance, security, and scalability.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Strong knowledge of Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs.
  • Proficiency in Python and frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn.
  • Hands-on experience with LangGraph, LangChain, RAG pipelines, vector databases.
  • Familiarity with multi-agent AI systems and real-world deployment.
  • Solid foundation in statistics, probability, linear algebra, algorithms.
  • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, cloud (AWS/GCP/Azure).
  • Ability to read and apply AI/ML research papers.
  • Fintech or financial data experience is a plus.
