II. ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITY

  1. Revenue and Cost Monitoring

  2. Monitor revenue and associated cost components in the accounting ledger.

  3. Review and prepare accounting documents within the ERP accounting software system.

  4. Organize and store accounting records and documents in a systematic and logical manner.

  5. Invoicing, Receivables & Credit Management

  6. Issue invoices and submit payment requests.

  7. Track outstanding receivables for each customer.
  8. Identify and collect overdue accounts to minimize bad debts.
  9. Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient debt collection.
  10. Manage and update customer information.
  11. Perform other duties as assigned by management.

  • 2–3 years of accounting experience.
