I. Key Responsibilities

Participating in "Customer Interaction & Service" journey

  • Greet customers and accurately document their vehicle needs and service requests.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the customer and Service Centre.
  • Coordinate with all internal departments to propose the best repair plan, ensuring quick turnaround and quality service before vehicle handover.
  • Ensure all service procedures strictly follow the Service Centre's Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to guarantee a superior customer experience.

Participating in "Repair Process Management"

  • Assist the Service Centre in following up and reminding the scheduled maintenance.
  • Work closely with the Technician Team and prepare Technical Request reports as needed to maintain the repair schedule.
  • Assist the Service Centre in managing parts control, prepare detailed quotations (for spare parts, accessories, and repair costs), and clearly communicate them to the customer.
  • Strictly adhere to all Repair Procedures established by the Service Centre.

Others

  • Actively learn and keep up-to-date with all new service documents and procedures.
  • Proactively suggest and implement ideas to improve service quality and efficiency.
  • Complete required daily, weekly, and monthly Service Centre service reports.
  • Handle other related tasks assigned by line manager to support overall service operations.

II. Requirements

Education & Technical Skills

  • Education:
    Must have a degree in
    Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering
    , or a closely related technical field.
  • Language:
    Intermediate English skills (both verbal and written)
  • Experience:
    We welcome fresh graduates or junior candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Strong foundational understanding of modern vehicle structure and operating principles.
  • Organizational Skills:
    Able to manage and track work systematically and efficiently.
  • Computer Proficiency:
    Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel) for daily tracking, reporting, and administrative tasks.

Bonus Skills (Nice to have):

  • Basic knowledge of fundamental repair and maintenance procedures.
  • Possession of a B2 driving license.
