Position: Performance Marketing Manager (Mobile App)

Location: HCMC

Salary: From $1500

Required skills and experiences

  • Từ 5 năm kinh nghiệm trong Marketing, trong đó có ít nhất 3 năm chuyên sâu về Performance Marketing mảng mobile apps/games và từ 2 năm ở vị trí Leader/Manager.

  • Có kinh nghiệm quản lý team và trực tiếp vận hành ngân sách UA lớn.

  • Hiểu sâu về User Acquisition, Monetization và Data Analytics.

  • Thành thạo các nền tảng quảng cáo (Google, Meta, TikTok…) và công cụ tracking/attribution.

  • Nắm vững campaign setup, bid strategy, audience segmentation, creative testing.

  • Hiểu sâu về cơ chế monetization: in-app ads, rewarded ads, subscription, IAP.

  • Am hiểu các mediation platforms: Admob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, Unity Ads.

  • Thành thạo công cụ tracking/attribution: AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase, Amplitude.

  • Có kỹ năng cohort analysis, funnel analysis, retention & churn modeling.

  • Biết khai thác dữ liệu thành insights và biến insight thành hành động cụ thể.

Kỹ năng:

  • Kỹ năng lãnh đạo: Giải quyết vấn đề, giao tiếp hiệu quả và phát triển đội ngũ.

  • Tư duy data-driven, luôn tìm kiếm giải pháp tối ưu liên tục.

  • Tinh thần chiến đấu cao, chịu được áp lực KPI và môi trường cạnh tranh.
