Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and drive the success of software development projects in the fields of AI, SaaS, Health Tech, E-Commerce within the company's product ecosystem. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle — from initial planning and requirement gathering to delivery and post-launch support. Your leadership, organizational ability, and technical insight will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution across multiple squads, ensuring clear timelines, proactive risk management, and on-time delivery.
- Collaborate closely with CEO to translate product strategy into executable plans with defined success metrics.
- Develop and maintain structured project plans, resource allocations, and delivery of tracking dashboards.
- Manage project risks, identify potential issues early, and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and evaluate project health through performance metrics and Sprint Review sessions to ensure progress, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Ensure the Scrum framework is applied effectively and continuously improved within the team.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
- Lead Sprint Retrospective sessions to identify lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
- Guide the team toward self-organization, accountability, and delivery of excellence.
- Maintain transparency and alignment across all team members and stakeholders.
- Analyze delivery data to uncover trends, remove bottlenecks, and improve efficiency.
- Standardize best practices and contribute to building project management playbooks and delivery frameworks.
- Drive cross-team knowledge sharing, retrospectives, and workshops to strengthen collaboration and agility.
- Promote a learning culture focused on continuous processes of improvement and innovation.
Qualifications - Required
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master in a technology, product, or software engineering environment.
- Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies and the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high delivery standards.
- Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Docs).
- Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proactive problem-solving, structured thinking, and a high sense of ownership.
Qualifications – Preferred
- Technical background or previous experience working closely with software development teams.
- Experience leading cross-functional or distributed teams.
- Knowledge of performance tracking metrics and delivery of health dashboards.
- PMP, CSM, or equivalent certification is a plus
