JOB BRIEF:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Video Editor to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for creating compelling visual assets and high-quality video content that captivates our audience and effectively communicates our brand message. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, a solid understanding of video production, and the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging visual stories.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop a deep understanding of the company's brand identity, marketing goals, and target audience to ensure all creative output is on-brand and effective.

2. Design and produce a wide range of visual assets for all digital and offline channels, including social media posts, display ads, landing page graphics, email templates, event banners, and presentation decks.

3. Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality video content for social media (e.g., TikTok, Facebook Reels), YouTube, and other marketing channels.

4. Collaborate with the Creative Lead, Content Specialist, and Performance Marketing team to brainstorm and execute creative concepts that align with specific campaign objectives.

5. Manage the end-to-end creative process, from initial concept to final delivery, ensuring all projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.

6. Stay updated on the latest design trends, video production techniques, and platform-specific requirements to ensure our content remains fresh and competitive.

7. Maintain an organized library of all design and video assets, ensuring easy access for the team.

8. Conduct A/B testing on various creative formats to optimize performance and engagement.

9. Present creative concepts, video storyboards, and final assets to stakeholders for review and feedback.

10. Other tasks assigned by the company.

REQUIREMENTS:

EXPERIENCE:

• Proven work experience, at least 5 years, as a Graphics Designer, Video Editor, or a similar creative role.

• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work and video projects.

• Demonstrated expertise in creating content for digital marketing campaigns.

• Solid understanding of video production workflows, from pre-production to post-production.

• Experience in motion graphics and animation is a plus

SKILLS:

• Proficiency with industry-standard creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout.

• Exceptional video editing skills, including a good sense of rhythm, pacing, and storytelling.

• Ability to work efficiently and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to receive constructive feedback.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

• The capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
