We are a pizzeria and wine bar located in West Lake in Hanoi. We are currently in the process of expanding to 2 locations. We need a manager to oversee the operations of both restaurants, develop and implement operation systems, and uphold our quality values.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Restaurant Manager at Sol Pizza, located in Hanoi Capital Region. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring customer satisfaction, managing staff, hiring and training employees, and maintaining high standards of food and beverage quality. Additional responsibilities include managing budgets, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
