What You'll Do:

  • Lead day-to-day SAP Delivery operations and ensure solution quality across projects
  • Manage project scope, timeline, and resources
  • Coordinate with teams and clients for smooth delivery
  • Ensure quality, risk control, and stakeholder satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

  • 15–20 years of SAP implementation experience across multiple modules and industries.
  • Minimum 5 years in senior leadership managing Consulting or Delivery organizations.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture and cross-module integration.
  • Proven experience managing project financials (effort planning, cost control, margin improvement).
  • Strong PMO governance experience: SAP Activate, QA/QC, project lifecycle control.
  • Fluent in English; Japanese proficiency is an advantage
