Mô tả công việc

Vị trí T24 Functional Consultant (Business Analyst) chịu trách nhiệm phân tích nghiệp vụ ngân hàng, thiết kế giải pháp chức năng và cấu hình hệ thống Temenos T24 trong các dự án triển khai hoặc mở rộng hệ thống Core Banking.

Nhiệm vụ chính:

  • Làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng hoặc người dùng nghiệp vụ để thu thập, phân tích và làm rõ yêu cầu.
  • Chuyển yêu cầu nghiệp vụ thành tài liệu đặc tả chức năng (Functional Specification Document – FSD).
  • Cấu hình (parameter setup) các module T24 theo yêu cầu nghiệp vụ (không lập trình).
  • Tham gia thiết kế và xác nhận giải pháp cho một hoặc nhiều module sau:
  • Core & Retail Banking: Customer, Account, General Ledger, TOCF
  • AA Deposits & Lending: Product Factory, Interest Rules, quy trình tín dụng – tiền gửi
  • Payments & TPH: SWIFT, RTGS, ACH, ISO20022, AML/KYC
  • Finance & Reporting: IFRS9/16, Basel III, MIS và báo cáo tuân thủ
  • Phối hợp với Technical Consultant / Developer để đảm bảo giải pháp được triển khai chính xác.
  • Thực hiện kiểm thử chức năng (SIT, UAT), đào tạo người dùng và hỗ trợ sau Go-live.
  • Soạn tài liệu nghiệp vụ, luồng xử lý, test case và hướng dẫn người dùng.
  • Đề xuất cải tiến quy trình, tối ưu sản phẩm và nâng cao hiệu quả vận hành hệ thống.

Yêu cầu ứng viên

  • Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính, Ngân hàng, Kinh tế, CNTT hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
  • Tối thiểu 05 năm kinh nghiệm triển khai, cấu hình hoặc vận hành hệ thống Temenos T24 (Core, AA, Payments, Finance hoặc Regulatory).
  • Hiểu biết vững về quy trình vận hành và sản phẩm ngân hàng.
  • Kỹ năng phân tích nghiệp vụ, viết tài liệu, giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.
  • Tiếng Anh thành thạo (đọc – viết tài liệu, giao tiếp trong môi trường quốc tế).
  • Ưu tiên:
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc trong các dự án quốc tế hoặc đa quốc gia.
  • Đã từng làm việc tại Temenos, Tech Mahindra, TCS, FPT, Intellect Design hoặc các vendor tương tự.

  • Mức lương: 40 – 80 triệu VND/tháng (gross); ứng viên senior tốt có thể đạt 90 – 95 triệu VND/tháng.
  • Thưởng theo hiệu suất, thưởng dự án (go-live / completion bonus).

  • Được đào tạo, hỗ trợ thi chứng chỉ chuyên sâu Temenos T24 / TAFJ / TAP.
  • Bảo hiểm sức khỏe mở rộng, chế độ phúc lợi đầy đủ.
  • Lộ trình phát triển rõ ràng lên Functional Lead hoặc Solution Architect.
