Job Description

  • Prospect & Qualify Leads:

Identify and research potential clients in key markets (e.g., Singapore, Hong Kong, Thailand) through LinkedIn, CRM tools, referrals, and networking events.
- Outbound Engagement:

Support cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and virtual meetings to connect with decision-makers in tech-driven companies.
- Client Discovery & Follow-Up:

Work with Account Managers to gather client requirements, understand business pain points, and align solutions with our tech capabilities.
- Sales Operations:

Maintain accurate CRM records, update lead status, track meeting notes, and support pipeline reporting & performance monitoring.
- Collaboration:

Coordinate with technical teams and senior BD executives to prepare proposals, pitch decks, and tailored service presentations.
- Market Intelligence:

Monitor industry trends, competitor moves, and emerging tech stacks to refine sales strategies.
- Training & Development:

Participate in structured onboarding and continuous training on B2B sales, consultative selling, ITO delivery models, and account-based marketing.

Common Recruitment Criteria

  1. IELTS 6.0 or equivalent:

Excellent English proficiency is essential to effectively communicate with international clients.
2. Mindset and Attitude:

We prioritize flexible thinking, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude over experience. No prior experience is required, but you must be coachable, hardworking, goal-oriented, and demonstrate a clear sense of purpose in your work.
3. Passion for Sales (General and Tech Sales):

Genuine interest in
technology, digital transformation, and outsourcing models

4. At least 6 months of experience

in Business Development, Sales, or a related customer-facing role:
5. Internship, freelance, part-time, or full-time roles are all considered—what matters is that you've had hands-on exposure to sales or client interaction.
6. Full-time Availability:

Candidates must be willing and available to commit to a
full-time role

, ensuring a long-term growth path within the company.
7. Familiarity with tools like
CRM (HubSpot, Pipedrive), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Google Workspace

is a plus (training provided if not experienced).
