Mô tả công việc:

  • Tham gia thiết kế, phát triển và bảo trì các hệ thống Fintech/Banking bằng Java / Spring Boot / Microservices.
  • Phối hợp với BA, Solution Architect để phân tích yêu cầu nghiệp vụ, xây dựng kiến trúc phần mềm phù hợp, đảm bảo khả năng mở rộng và bảo mật.
  • Xây dựng API REST, các service backend, xử lý giao dịch ngân hàng, đối soát, quản lý session, cache, và các luồng xử lý nghiệp vụ phức tạp.
  • Viết Unit Test, Integration Test và hỗ trợ kiểm thử (SIT, UAT) để đảm bảo chất lượng phần mềm.
  • Tối ưu hiệu năng ứng dụng, xử lý bottleneck, memory leak, và tuning hệ thống (đặc biệt đối với khối lượng lớn giao dịch).
  • Tham gia thiết kế và triển khai CI/CD, DevOps pipeline ngay từ khâu phát triển để đẩy nhanh thời gian ra phiên bản sản phẩm.

Yêu cầu công việc:

  • Ít nhất 3 năm kinh nghiệm phát triển backend Java, ưu tiên trong lĩnh vực ngân hàng, fintech, hoặc hệ thống giao dịch lớn.
  • Thành thạo Java, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud / Microservices, Hibernate / JPA.
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc với API RESTful, SOAP, cùng các thư viện liên quan.
  • Có kinh nghiệm với hệ quản trị cơ sở dữ liệu quan hệ (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL) và kiến thức tối ưu SQL.
  • Hiểu biết về caching (Redis, EhCache), messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ) là một điểm cộng lớn.
  • Kinh nghiệm triển khai CI/CD (Jenkins, GitLab CI…) và làm việc trong môi trường DevOps.
  • Có kinh nghiệm về bảo mật ứng dụng, quản lý session, mã hóa, và các best practices bảo mật trong ngân hàng.
  • Khả năng phân tích hiệu năng và tune hệ thống (profiling, garbage collection, concurrency).
  • Kinh nghiệm làm việc theo mô hình Agile/Scrum.
