- Manage torque calibration deliverables, planning, reporting on progress and providing expert knowledge in the area of EV Powertrain systems - Collaborate and drive suppliers/external institutes to deliver high quality calibration on time - Vehicle Calibration Testing considering Driveability, Performance, Energy Management and NVH - Evaluate and assess Vehicle Attributes (performance, driveability, energy management to meet Drive Range targets) - Tool creation and usage to perform offline calibration and verification - Extreme cold and hot calibration specificities and derating calibration - Benchmarking and market knowledge regarding latest BEV features - Defining VTS targets with Attributes Team - Cooperate with different teams related with HV (BMS, MCU and IDB) - Test procedure definition to validate Calibration - Data acquisition equipments : tools INCA / MDA and CanalyzerRequirements - INCA Calibration and analysis full autonomy - capable to evaluate calibrate Torque filtering and surge damping - capable to conduct evaluation tests and report, give direction how to improve and capable to deliver full torque path improvements - benchmark high level knowlegde, capable to take out best of every competitor and to calibrate based on market sale - Lead with other HV team Joint Ride Sesssion (JRS) to ensure STC deliveries with high level quality - Able in full autonomy to perform extreme Hot/Cold test trips and ensure the torque path derating / adaptation in such conditions - Delivery to supplier/calibration Manager following process without calibration mistakes, justification and reason for every single label change
