VACANCY: INTERNAL AUDITOR – HKK MANUFACTURING

Location: Thuan An (2–3 days per week on-site)

Position Summary

The Internal Auditor will play a key role in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of risk management, internal controls, and governance processes within HKK Manufacturing. You will work directly under the CFO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, operational efficiency, and transparency.

Key Responsibilities


• Conduct internal audits across departments, focusing on financial, operational, and compliance processes.


• Assess internal control systems and propose improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce risk.


• Review and validate company policies, procedures, and compliance with regulations.


• Perform risk assessments and develop annual audit plans.


• Investigate irregularities, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.


• Prepare internal audit reports for the CFO and management team.


• Monitor implementation of audit recommendations and follow-up actions.


• Support the CFO with ad-hoc financial and operational analysis when required.

Requirements


• Minimum Bachelor's degree (Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related fields).


• At least 3 years of experience in Internal Audit or External Audit (Big 4 experience is a plus).


• Vietnamese CPA or equivalent certification is a strong advantage.


• Solid understanding of internal control frameworks and risk management principles.


• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.


• Ability to work independently and maintain high integrity and confidentiality.


• Good communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple departments.


• Willingness to work 2–3 days per week in Thuan An as required.
