Key Responsibilities

  • Support data collection, processing, and analysis from financial transaction systems.
  • Participate in analyzing customer survey data to measure business performance and campaign effectiveness.
  • Assist in building, managing, and optimizing data systems for analytical purposes.
  • Develop analytical reports and data visualizations to generate actionable business insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and support data-driven decision-making.
  • Propose new analytical methods to improve business performance and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

  • Final-year student or recent graduate majoring in Data Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical thinking and passion for working with data to solve business problems.
  • Experience with
    SQL, Python, R
    , or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in
    Excel
    and data visualization tools such as
    Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
    .
  • Good communication skills with the ability to present complex findings in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Experience with
    Big Data
    or
    Cloud Platforms (AWS, Google Cloud)
    is an advantage.
