Job Summary
- We are looking for a Mid/ Senior Product Manager with strategic thinking, leadership capabilities, and proven experience to lead the development or growth of our core products. You will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle—from identifying user needs and defining product strategy to execution and optimization.
- This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, makes data-driven decisions, and is passionate about building impactful products that serve millions of users in Vietnam and beyond.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute product strategies aligned with business goals and market needs.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: research, development, launch, evaluation, and iteration.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure successful product delivery – scrum master role.
- Do market research, analyze user behavior, and monitor product performance to make informed decisions.
- Ensure product quality, performance, and compliance with data security standards.
- Lead initiatives for market expansion, including product localization and user growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, math, business, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in SaaS, platform technologies, or digital products.
- Experience in developing and executing successful growth and user acquisition strategies for consumer-facing products.
- Experience in launching and working with consumer products with a large user base is a plus
- Proven leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
- Solid understanding of software development, Agile/Scrum methodologies, infrastructure, and information security.
