We are looking for an
Assistant Manager
to oversee
Logistics, Purchasing, and Accounting
functions at our HCMC office. This position plays a key role in ensuring smooth operations, cost efficiency, and compliance across departments while supporting strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

1. Department Management

  • Supervise daily activities in Logistics, Purchasing, and Accounting.
  • Ensure accuracy, compliance, and effective coordination across departments.
  • Standardize workflows and reporting systems to support management decisions.

2. Logistics

  • Coordinate import/export schedules, shipment bookings, and customs clearance.
  • Monitor freight costs, delivery performance, and transport documentation.
  • Maintain records for shipment performance, costs, and warehouse logistics.

3. Purchasing

  • Oversee purchasing requests, quotations, and approval workflows.
  • Manage supplier database and vendor performance.
  • Coordinate with related teams on goods receipt, invoicing, and payment accuracy.
  • Implement procurement standards and internal controls.

4. Accounting

  • Manage daily accounting operations (AR/AP, petty cash, payments).
  • Coordinate with external accountants for monthly and annual reports.
  • Prepare payment plans and budget summaries.
  • Support financial audits and compliance documentation.

5. Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Consolidate data and prepare management reports.
  • Collaborate with other teams to align office and factory operations.
  • Report critical issues to management and assist in policy development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, or accounting management.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Detail-oriented with problem-solving ability.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
