JOB DESCRIPTION

You will join large-scale
Banking
,
E-commerce
or
Airline
projects, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and stability before release.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in the full testing process of large-scale projects focusing on backend systems, APIs, and system integration.
  • Analyze business requirements and data flows for modules such as
    orders, payments, bookings, flight management, and customer accounts
    .
  • Design, execute, and manage
    test cases, test scenarios, and test data
    for backend testing.
  • Perform
    manual API testing
    , verify data consistency, and validate business logic.
  • Log, track, and verify defects using tools such as
    Jira, TestRail, and Postman
    .
  • Collaborate closely with
    Developers, BAs, and QA teams
    to ensure product quality.
  • Provide
    mentorship
    to junior testers and contribute to improving QA processes.
  • Maintain accurate testing documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years
    of experience as a Manual Tester or QA in
    web/backend projects
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    API testing
    (Postman, Swagger, JSON, RESTful).
  • Experience with
    database testing (SQL)
    and backend data validation.
  • Skilled in writing clear
    test cases, test reports, and defect logs
    .
  • Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
  • Experience in
    Banking, E-commerce
    or
    Airline
    systems (order/booking management, payment, schedule, or loyalty systems) is a
    strong advantage
    .
  • Good English communication skills
    (verbal & written).

Preferred:

  • ISTQB Certification
    or equivalent.
  • Experience in
    Agile/Scrum environments
    .
  • Basic knowledge of automation tools is a plus.
