Project Manager

The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the entire project of supplying equipment, services, and technical solutions to customers in the Oil & Gas and Petrochemical sectors; from analyzing technical requirements, participating in bidding, contract negotiation to project execution, handover, payment, and warranty. Ensure schedule, quality, efficiency, and profitability for the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Document Analysis & Support:

• Coordinate with the Sales Department to analyze bidding documents and customer technical requirements (RFQ, ITB, RFP).
• Propose appropriate technical solutions and support preparation of bidding/technical proposals.
• Participate in solution proposals and respond to customer clarifications on tender documents.

2. Contract Negotiation and Signing

• Participate in negotiations of technical and commercial terms, contract conditions, and technical documents with customers and partners.
• Ensure technical commitments align with company capabilities and optimize company benefits.

3. Project Management and Implementation

• Develop detailed project implementation plans after contract award: schedule, resources, cost, risk management.
• Manage the entire process: procurement, transportation, installation, commissioning, acceptance.
• Control project schedule, quality, cost, safety, and efficiency as per contract commitments.
• Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners throughout the project.

4. After-Sales Service and Warranty

• Coordinate in resolving technical issues and customer complaints during warranty and maintenance periods.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain company reputation.

5. Project Performance Management

• Monitor and control project performance and profitability indicators.
• Provide regular progress and performance reports to the Board of Directors.

IV. Competence Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields.
• 5–7 years of experience as Project Manager/Project Engineer in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, heavy industry, or EPC.
• Solid knowledge of project management processes, international technical standards, tender documents, and commercial-technical contracts.
• Skills: contract negotiation, project schedule/cost/quality management, effective communication, coordination, and presentation.
• Proficiency in English (communication, technical, and commercial).
• Preferred: Candidates with direct experience in executing and operating Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Processing, or Energy projects.
• Project management certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or equivalent advanced training are an advantage.
