Job Purpose

The job holder will drive breakthrough marketing campaigns by creating hyper-personalized image and video content, optimizing production speed and efficiency through the power of Generative AI.

Key Accountabilities (1)

1. Creative & Innovative Content Production

• AI Creative Leadership: Act as the internal expert on Generative AI, proposing and implementing new ways to leverage AI technology for creating creative assets across all marketing campaigns.
• Brand Asset Design: Generate images, illustrations, characters, environments, and short-form videos using AI tools for websites, social media, digital ads (Paid Ads), and marketing materials.
• Rapid Experimentation: Quickly produce test sets of image/video content with multiple concepts, styles, and messages for the Performance Marketing team to run A/B testing and optimize ad performance.
• Quality Assurance: Refine and perform post-production editing on AI-generated outputs to ensure aesthetics, resolution, and consistency with Brand Guidelines.

2. Optimization & Tool Strategy

• Mass Personalization: Collaborate with Data and Product Development teams to build AI content models that enable personalized messaging for different customer segments.
• Tool Management: Evaluate, test, and recommend the latest AI tools (Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway Gen-2, etc.) to enhance production efficiency and quality.
• Prompt/Style Library: Develop and maintain a repository of successful prompts and styles to ensure consistency and future efficiency.

3. Compliance & Training

• AI Ethics & Copyright: Ensure all AI-generated content complies with copyright laws, internal regulations, and the bank's AI ethics principles.
• Internal Training: Support training for Marketing and Creative teams on basic Prompt Engineering techniques and integrating AI into existing workflows.

Success Profile - Qualification and Experiences

1. Core Technical Skills (Hard Skills)

• Proficiency in Generative AI Tools:
• • Text-to-Image: Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, DALL-E (or other advanced models).
• Text-to-Video/Animation: Runway Gen-2, Pika Labs, or emerging tools.
• Advanced Prompt Engineering: Ability to write, refine, and iterate complex prompts to achieve high-quality, brand-consistent results.
• Post-Production Skills: Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for integrating and editing AI outputs.
• Art & Design Knowledge: Solid foundation in composition, color theory, lighting, artistic styles, and photography/videography principles.

2. Personal Qualities & Mindset (Soft Skills)

• Disruptive Creativity: Continuously experiment and push creative boundaries.
• Systematic & Experimental Thinking: Ability to iterate and test rapidly (A/B Testing), using AI to generate hundreds of content variations.
• Speed & Efficiency: Thrive in a fast-paced marketing environment with quick content turnaround requirements.

3. Preferred Experience

• Hands-on experience with Generative AI projects in Marketing, Advertising, or Content Production.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality AI Art, especially commercially viable and viral content.
• Plus: Experience in Banking, Finance, or industries requiring highly professional visual standards.
• English: TOEIC 550 minimum
